Band Workshops
At Simply Music Lessons, we believe that learning an instrument can take many different forms, and involve more than just a weekly lesson.
For students who can already play a bit and who want to learn new skills while having fun, we organize band workshops.
During the band workshops, musicians of similar level gather and play some nice music for 2 hours, assisted by one or two of our teachers.
Together we will:

work on specific songs
-
learn how to play as a band
-
build up a repertoire overtime
-
have fun while playing music.

Learning how to play tight with other musicians is a great way to improve skills that are essential for any good musician:

your concentration
-
your ear
-
your rhythm
-
your general ability to perform with confidence.
Live gigs
Once or twice a year, we give our students the opportunity to play on stage, either solo or with other musicians.
We organise live events in local pubs to put in practice what we have learnt during the year.
This is great fun as you get to play your favorite songs on stage and with a full band in front of your family and friends.
It's always a special event where musicians and teachers work together and support each other to give the audience a memorable show.
Whether or not they like music, they can always enjoy a drink and cheer up!
Participants will:
